An evaluation of the property best assets and style, taking in consideration its characteristics and uniqueness for the project.
Organization, planning and decor needed to accentuate any architectural detail, choosing at the same time a harmonious color palette.
Transportation and furniture placement by our crew of professionals.
Removal of all furniture
Two to three months of furniture rental is recommended. We can also extended as needed.

We offer a Seller Consultation so you can take charge!

This is an affordable option for sellers who want to stage their properties by themselves.

We will walk to each area/room with you giving recommendations on specific areas to rearrange, declutter, repair and improve curb appeal.

We always begin by using what you already have within your home. If you'd like, we can discuss bringing in additional items to refresh the room. Sometimes a fresh and new coat of paint is needed, but picking the right color is key!
